About

Kempty falls is one of the most plausible tourist destinations in Mussoorie. People enjoy bathing in its spine chilling cold water to get respite from the scorching summer heat. During the peak season (usually in summer), thousands of people flock to this place to soak in some peaceful moments amidst nature. Originating from a river in the scaling mountains, this 40 foot high waterfall looks stunning as it plunges down, creating a thunderous sound after hitting the ground.

Nested amidst lush green mountains adorned with tall deodar trees and colourful rhododendrons flowers, the place offers a scenic view. After performing several backflips, the waterfall further divides into five separate streams. The amalgamation of nature and the sound of cascading water creates a feeling that won't be experienced easily anywhere else.
