Camel Back Road

There are many tourist attractions in the Queen of Hills, Mussoorie, and one such attraction is the ‘Camel Back Road’. Unlike the company garden, Landour or other, this place is known for the rock formation in the mountain. The rocks are aligned in such a manner, that when viewed from a distance, they resemble a hump or back of the camel. To capture this ‘Camel Back’ you need to stand at a particular spot marked on the road.

Telescope services are also available here to have a clearer view of the camel back. Located around 2 km from Mussoorie Library chowk, people often visit this place during their journey. Sunset and sunrise lovers definitely adore this place, as it offers a mesmerizing view of dawn and dusk. Moreover, the panoramic view of the Doon valley and the Himalayas are icing on the cake.
