Happy Valley Mussoorie is around 41 km away from Dehradun and just 3 km from Mussoorie Library Chowk. Visitors can reach the place using a rented car and two wheeler services, which are readily available from Dehradun and Mussoorie. The nearest railway station and airport are situated around 36 km and 62 km away, respectively.

Though the location is accessible round the year, the Pre-monsoon period and from September to January are the most favorable times to enjoy the scenic beauty of Happy Valley. The peak monsoon and summer times bring some challenges, so it is advisable to avoid these seasons.
