About
Mini Gartang Gali of Rishikesh is one of the popular places in the region that attracts various tourists. However, the place is actually not located in Rishikesh. To reach this scenic spot, visitors must undertake a short trek of 1.5 km from Kaudiyala, which is commonly known as the Kotli Bhel Trek.
The major highlights of this place are breathtaking natural surroundings, offering mesmerising views of the River Ganges. It is believed that people use this path for the Char Dham Yatra, when the shrines are not connected with roads and motor transport facilities are not available.

Continuing along the trail, you can hear the thundering sound of a waterfall known as the Kaudiyala Secret Waterfall. During the summer season, this waterfall is surrounded by many visitors who stop here to enjoy its ice-cold water.

Mini Gartang Gali resembles the renowned Gartang Gali located in the Uttarkashi district. This site draws attention due to its similar wooden walkway and cliffside structure. Hence, due to its smaller size, the site became popular as a mini Gartang Gali of Rishikesh.
