After seeing his unwavering faith and devotion, Lord Vishnu granted her wish and incarnated in the form of twin brothers Nar and Naryana. Since then, the Mata Murti has been worshipped at this place. By Road: - The Mata Murti Temple in Badrinath can be reached by a short trek from the Badrinath Temple, which is approximately 3 km away. Badrinath Dham is around 286 km away from Rishikesh and is easily accessible by bus and taxi. UTC (Uttarakhand Transport Corporation) and private operator like Vishwanath and GMOU runs a bus daily from the Rishikesh Bus Depot and Haridwar Bus Stand.
 

By Rail: - The nearest railway station is Yog Nagri Rishikesh Railway Station, about 290 km away from the temple. A few trains run daily and weekly from Delhi to Rishikesh, providing limited connectivity. From there, pilgrims can continue their journey by road using a bus, shared taxi, or private cabs.
 

By Air: - Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is situated closest to the temple, approximately 304 km. It is well-connected with direct flights from major Indian cities. From the airport, pilgrims can either book a cab to Badrinath or travel to Rishikesh for other transportation options.
