Registration process through Website

• Step 1: Open the Website

  To register online, the visitors need to visit the Uttarakhand Tourist Care website.

• Step 2: Select the tab

  From the home page, the user needs to select the Register/Login Tab.
  

• Step 3: Choose Pilgrim

  Those who are Indian citizens choose Indian Pilgrims, else choose Foreign Pilgrims.

• Step 4: Enter Details

  Now the visitors need to enter some of their details like

  • Name
  • Valid Mobile Number
• Step 5: User type
  • From the list, select the type of user you are.
  • Individual (maximum 6 pilgrims in the same tour).
  • Family (Maximum 8 pilgrims are allowed)
  • Tour Operator (maximum 20 pilgrims are allowed)
• Step 6: Password
  • In this, user needs to set a password (which should be of at least 6 characters consisting of characters, alphabets and number)
  • For Example: India@123
• Step 7: OTP
  • Press the sign up tab and an OTP for authentication will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  • Enter the six digit OTP to complete the authentication.

User Login

• Step 1: Login
  • Press the login tab appear on the website.
  • Enter your registered mobile number.
  • Enter your password.
  • Enter the captcha code appear on the screen.
  • Press the sign in tab.

• Step 2: Dashboard

  Once the user login successfully, they can see their dashboard with their name and mobile number.

  • Registration tour can be used to register a new tour.
  • View/Modify tour can be used to make some changes or modification in the existing tour.
  • In manage tour user can manage their tour info and add a new tour.
  • Registration user manual will guide you how to register online.
  • Whereas from Download Registration letter, user may download their letter once they registered successfully.

Tour Registration

• Step 1: Tour Registration
  • For fresh tour registration, tap on the 'Registration for Tour' or Select the Manage Tour Info and select Add new tour.
  • Select the Tour Type 'Chardham/Religious'.
  • Now select the tour date (start and end journey date)
  • Ensure the duration of you tour should be up to 15 days only.
  • By tapping the Check Availability, you can also check each dhams 'Slots availability' of the chosen date.
  • Enter the number of tourist.
  • Select the mode of travel from the list (By Road, by Helicopter, By Walking)
  • Select the date of your tour in front of the destination, for this select the dham from the list and select tour date from date picker.
  • Add other dham and its date as per your pilgrimage.
  • A pop up message appears, once the tour created successfully.

• Step 2: Enter user details

  After creating the tour, user you need to enter some of their details.

  • Full name
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Email Address (If any)
  • Mobile Number (tourist carrying during their yatra)
  • Enter aadhaar number
  • Select Country from the list
  • Address
  • District
  • City
  • Select state from the list
• Step 3: Emergency Contact Details
  • Add a person details (other than who are travelling with you), who can be contacted in emergency.
  • For this, user need to enter person details such as: -
    • Name
    • Mobile number, and
    • Relation with person.
• Step 4: Select Medical Conditions (If any)
  • Cardiac patient
  • Asthmatic patient
  • Diabetic
  • Other
  • NA
• Step 5: Travel Mode
  • From the list select your mode of travel.
  • Enter driver name.
  • Enter Vehicle Number.

• Step 6: Upload Photo

  In this, the user needs to upload their latest photograph from their device.

• Step 7: Select ID
  • Select ID proof from the list and
  • Upload the photo of the selected ID.

• Step 8: Select are you Covid vaccinated

  Those who are Covid-19 Vaccinated enter their certificate reference ID number.

• Step 9: Select Checkbox

  Select the checkbox that you are agree to share the information for the purpose of registration.

• Step 10: Add Pilgrims
  • Those who want to add more pilgrims, click on the 'save and add more' button.
  • Now follow the Step 2- Step 9 Procedure.

• Step 11: Finish Button

  Whereas those who are done with the procedure, press the Finish tab to complete the registration.

• Step 12: Download Yatri Certificate
  • Visitors must download their QR Enabled Yatri Certificate.
  • For this they need to tap on the Download Registration letter and Certificate tab from your respective dashboard.
  • Tap on the download pdf button appear on the screen.
  • During pilgrimage this certificate will be checked by the Yatrimitra for verification purpose.
