Subhash Ghat is one of the famous Ghat in Haridwar, named after the illustrious freedom fighter, Subhash Chandra Bose. Situated near Har Ki Pauri, it holds a cultural and historical significance. A statue of Subhash Chandra Bose is also installed here, to give a tribute to his legacy. For his commemorative significance, the volunteer service committee also provides free medical care to the devotees. Devotees visit here during their pilgrimage

How to Reach

It is just 1.3 km away from Har Ki Pauri and 2.1 km from Haridwar Railway Station. After reaching Haridwar you can take an auto rickshaw from the station. The nearest airport to reach Haridwar is Jolly Grant Airport, which is around 34 km away.

Best Time to Visit

People often visit here during their pilgrimage to Haridwar. Generally, the ideal time to visit is from September to March because during summer you may experience severe heat waves and heavy rain during monsoon. Whereas, one may also experience a huge influx during Special Occasions like Basant Panchmi, Mauni Amavasya, and during other Shahi Snan.
