• The nearest fuel station is in Chakrata. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel for the entire journey.
• ATMs are not available near the actual site, so carrying sufficient cash is recommended.
• Carry essential tool kits, as only a few puncture repair shops are available in the area.
• Carry light woollen clothes if visiting during the summer.
• Drive cautiously, as some stretches of the roads are unpaved and are prone to landslides.
• Exercise extra caution during winter, as snow and black ice can cause a skidding problem.
• Camping without permission from the Forest Department is not allowed.
• Flying a drone is either prohibited or requires permission from the Forest Department.
