How to Reach

By Road : - Birla Ghat is just 1 km away from Haridwar Bus Stand, which can be accessed easily with the help of local transportation such as Auto and Rickshaw. To access the ghat, you must first arrive in Haridwar, which is very well connected by motorable road to major nearby cities, including Delhi, Lucknow, Agra, Chandigarh, Haryana, Dehradun and Himachal Pradesh. Regular Government and private bus services operates daily to Haridwar. Alternatively, you can also be reached by hiring a taxi.
 

By Rail : -The nearest railway station is in Haridwar, which is just 1.6 km away from the ghat. Haridwar Railway Station provides good connectivity to major rail routes of various parts of the country. from the station, you can take an auto and rickshaw to reach the ghat.
 

By Air : - Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is the closest airport, which is approximately 39 km away from Birla Ghat. Daily flights are offered by various airlines for better connectivity. From the Airport, visitors must take a taxi to reach the location.

Best Time to Visit

Birla Ghat is open round the year, but the ideal time to visit the ghat is from September to December and February to April. Summer and monsoon seasons are generally not recommended due to extreme hot and heavy rainfall in Haridwar.
