IRCTC Heli Yatra Helicopter Booking Process for Shri Kedarnath

Devotees who are going to visit Shri Kedarnath Dham Temple in the year 2025 can also travel to dham by Helicopter. Only those devotees can book the Helicopter Service to Shri Kedarnath Dham who have already registered for Chardham Yatra. Devotees can check the Chardham Yatra Registration Process here. IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd.) is the official authority that provides helicopter booking services for Shri Kedarnath Dham.

Helicopter Booking for Shri Kedarnath Dham is started from 8th April 2025 at 12:00 Noon and the journey will start from 2nd May 2025 to 31st May 2025.

Helipads for Shri Kedarnath Helicopter Service are located at "Guptkashi", "Phata", and "Sirsi".

Step Wise Process to Book a Helicopter for Shri Kedarnath Dham

• Helicopter Booking Service to Shri Kedarnath Dham is only provided by IRCTC through its Official Website.
• Visit www.heliyatra.irctc.co.in/ to book a helicopter service for Shri Kedarnath Dham.
  
• Click on Login.
• After that Click on Create an Account.
  
• Fill Full Name, Mobile Number, State, Email and Password.
  
• Click on Get OTP.
• Mobile Number and Email ID will be verified by portal through OTP.
• Login Again on the Website with Email ID and Password.
  
• Click on Book Ticket.
  
• Enter the Registration Number of Chardham Yatra.
  
• Registration for Chardham Yatra is mandatory to book Helicopter Service for Shri Kedarnath Dham.
• Choose Departure Date.
  
• A list of helicopter companies and their ticket price to Shri Kedarnath Dham will appear.
• Passenger will have to choose the journey slot of any aviation company and Click on Book Now.
  
• A List of Passenger will appear.
  
• Choose the name of passenger and enter the Aadhaar Card Number or any identity proof number.
  
• Click on the submit button and pay the ticket price of the helicopter service to Shri Kedarnath Dham.
• Booking will be completed after successful payment, and the passenger can print and download the heli ticket.
• Passengers can also Verify the Kedarnath Helicopter Booking with their Booking ID.
  
• Reach the dedicated helipads on the date and time mentioned on the helicopter ticket and enjoy the helicopter ride to Kedarnath Dham.
• It is advisable to book a helicopter service from the Official Website of IRCTC Heli Yatra only to avoid any cyber fraud.
• Helicopter Ticket Booking is open from 08-04-2025 at 12:00 Noon and the journey to Shri Kedarnath Dham will start from 02-05-2025 to 31-05-2025.

Kedarnath Yatra Heli Booking Price

• This year Government increased the price @5% of the Helicopter Service to Shri Kedarnath Dham.

• For the year 2025, the following are the Kedarnath Helicopter Booking Price:-

• There will be an additional convenience fee is applicable at the time of booking a helicopter service to Shri Kedarnath.
• IRCTC charged a convenience fee of Rs. 300/- per passenger + 18% GST for a round trip.
• And, Rs. 200/- + 18% GST for one-way trip to Kedarnath Dham.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If due to any unforeseen circumstances, the traveler/ devotee wants to cancel the booking, then the following cancellation and refund policy will be governed for Helicopter Tickets booked through IRCTC Website :-

• No Convenience Fee or Payment/ Transaction Charges will be refunded.
• Booked Helicopter Tickets will be canceled only through Ithe RCTC Official Website. No other mode will be entertained.
• Full Refund as applicable will be made to the passenger if the Helicopter Service to Shri Kedarnath Dham is cancelled due to technical reasons, bad weather, or government order.
• If the helicopter booking amount is paid online then the refund amount will be credited in the bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
• Passenger can file a complaint regarding the refund of ticket amount on the IRCTC Official Email "heliyatra@irctc.co.in within 15 days from the date of departure.
• No Claim will be entertained after 15 days.
